Ok. I think I got it.

I did below and it compile. Not sure if it will run correctly or not.
But at least it compiled :)
logECD_STP((char **) &data);


I was doing this and compiler is not likely it
logECD_STP((char *) &data);

logECD_STP(&data); <== I got a compile error Function argument
assignment between types "unsigned char* const*" and "struct
uasmgfile**"
