Both with errno 3014 (Invalid File Name specified)
And I checked once again, that there is a file EQRPT in KLIBEEK with attribute PRTF.

Record I/O functions only operate on QSYS.LIB files so they expect the file name in the traditional lib/file(mbr) format. The mbr name is optional and defaults to *FIRST as you'd expect. There are plenty of examples in the C/C++ Reference.
