For _Ropen I'd use "KLIBEEK/EQRPT(EQRPT)" for the file name.  If you only
have one member, you can omit the member name or specify *FIRST.

I tried again both
LogFile = _Ropen("/QSYS.LIB/KLIBEEK.LIB/EQRPT.FILE", "wr") ;
and
LogFile = _Ropen("/QSYS.LIB/KLIBEEK.LIB/EQRPT.FILE/EQRPT.MBR", "wr") ;
But both return NULL.
Both with errno 3014 (Invalid File Name specified)
And I checked once again, that there is a file EQRPT in KLIBEEK with
attribute PRTF.
