Dear Collegues,

I compiled my sources with some special parameters in
an upgraded ILE C under V5R2 and I got more reasonable
numbers!.

My command for modules creation:

CRTCMOD 
OPTIMIZE(40) 
INLINE(*ON *AUTO *NOLIMIT *NOLIMIT)
DBGVIEW(*NONE) 
SYSIFCOPT(*IFSIO) PRFDTA(*NOCOL) TERASPACE(*YES
*TSIFC)
STGMDL(*TERASPACE) DTAMDL(*LLP64)  

For program creation:

CRTPGM PGM(PROG) STGMDL(*TERASPACE)
OPTION(*DUPPROC *WARN)

It seems that the DTAMDL (data model) parameter +
Teraspace parameter
reduced dramatically the run period of the program.
