Since you seem to be passing in the Int_Splf_ID, the next parameter should
be "*INT      ", should it not?

I get this error now:
Internal spooled file identifier is not valid.

I am passing it the value from Qus_SPLA0100->Int_Splf_ID.

I obtain the values to pass to QSPOPNSP as follows:
(&splfilehandle,
fullly qualified jobname,
"  16  spaces      ",
Qus_SPLA0100->Int_Splf_ID,
Qus_SPLA0100->Splf_Name,
Qus_SPLA0100->Splf_Number,
-1, &err_code )

Any ideas?
