I may have misread your post.

Are you;

(a) Trying to create CL programs to compile and bind C source into *SRVPGM's

(b) Trying to create ILE/CL programs to use the functions within the C
*SRVPGM's

(c) All of the above

If you are familiar with Unix make files, check out the member TMKMAKE in
file QATTINFO in lib QUSRTOOL. I use this to build/compile/bind etc. Works
like any other make util.
