Are you using the new IBM i Access Client Solutions (which is supported on Windows 10) or are you using the deprecated IBM i Access for Windows? The old stuff is not supported on Windows 10.

Note: to use the new iACS to get data into Excel is a wee bit different. I'm having trouble with a link right now
