Had something similar a while ago, but since you can re-gen it is probably
not the same issue. Anyway worth to check to see if 2 or more warehouses
operate within the same pick number sequence, It is in the warehouse master
and I would try to set them apart by few hundred thousand.
Another problem may be timing related, if somehow PTF update affected
performance, where newly created IPP record is still in cache and no on a
disk. Try changing IPP file, setting "Records to force a write" parameter
to 1. This may affect pick release performance, so don't forget to change
it back if it does not help.

Hope this helps,
Regards,
Yan.

Yes. We are having the pick slip issue. I just received another internal
memo about this issue. It's sporadic. I get CC'd occasionally. The
internal person sending it along says they've been on a conference call
with Infor and "their other customer with this issue".

Subject: [BPCS-L] Pick Slips Missing Orders/Lines
Sent by: "BPCS-L" <bpcs-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi All,

We recently ran into an odd issue. The pick slip program (ORD550D1)
occasionally doesn't print the initial order(s) and/or order line(s) on
the pick. All the orders/lines go into pick status and all, they just
intermittently missing the initial orders/lines on the printed document.
For instance, we may pick a batch of 3 orders and only the last line of
the last order prints. Occasionally none of the lines print. If we zero
bill then re-pick, or if we regenerate the document, they normally print
fine... This started happening a couple weeks ago after applying the
latest CUMs to our V7R3 operating system. We are on LX 8.3.4 release...
Is anyone else having this issue? It's an odd one! Thx.

Best Regards,
