We are on BPCS 405 CD.

Perhaps some kind soul can verify my understanding of GLDOLD.

I think it is replaced by GLD900-GLD901 to contain the GJD records wiped out
by final GL year close.

I do not see any programs with any report or inquiry from this data.



Currently we have year 2009 in our GLDOLD file, years 2010 to 2013 in our
GJD / GJH.

GLDOLD = 19 Meg disk space size

GJD = 37 Meg

GJH = 18 Meg



Soon we will be doing final GL year close for 2012 fiscal year.

For the first time, we are archiving financial files, and I am trying to
figure out which GL files relevant to archive.
