On 3/31/2014 our company will change from a calendar year fiscal year to a fiscal year ending 3/31. We have time to prepare and want to anticipate what needs to be done.

For those who have done something similar, what do we need to anticipate that we wouldn't necessarily think of? Did anything catch you by surprise?
