We're looking at an upgrade from V6.0.2 to V 8.3.4. Would anybody be
willing to share (on or off-line) with me your experiences regarding:

The way you staffed your project (how you recruited from the business / IT
staff internally), for instance did you back-fill positions, etc.
What kind of infrastructure models you considered vs what model you
adopted
Implementation of any of Infor's edge systems, or edge systems from a 3rd
party (ie: Salesforce.com)
The duration of the project, or the overall project plan.

We would be especially interested in hearing from anybody that implemented
this across multiple countries or geographies
