Have you tried your hands on SNAPI and LX Connector? Give it a try, its
worth it.

With ERP LX 8.3.2 , I will think you can use those tools, this are java
based and can be of great use to your need below , to load master data from
excel and much more.

For your original ECM issue, I will think you need to do ECM setup, use
ECM623 for Inbound Inventory Transaction, and use file TPEC and TITB file.
The setup need is same as any other ECM adapters.
