Yeah, I eventually came to that conclusion although I don't think I have ever coded a program in that way (but, most of the BPCS code I see I wouldn't have coded that way....)

I just needed to update the description line with some additional data and where I *thought* I should be adding the data wasn't working. I ran a debug and traced the variable and saw where I *should* have been appending the data. Got it working now, thanks.

The F11 fold isn't BPCS code actually, it's handled automatically in the
system. The screen is designed in the DDS source member as previously
mentioned and an F-key is defined there also.

The data is sent to multiple lines of the Subfile Record but only the
first line is shown. When the unfold key (F11) is hit, the system
automatically reveals the "hidden" extra lines.
