Rob,

It would be nice to have an narrative summary as a reference.  Things 
like how much customization you had in 405CD and how much you were able 
to eliminate.  The length of the process and a quick overview of the 
steps.  Number of end users.  Number and size of systems.  And, 
especially, cost.

Don't know how much of that would be available for public consumption 
but it would be a nice way to share the experience.
