You have some points. You shouldn't upgrade just to continue what you are
doing now. The goal during an upgrade is not to just say "We're now on
LX". Which is why we started out with basic MRP training. And then LX
specific training. And, honestly, some personnel changes.
Many sales (at least to holding companies and that genre) have no care to
integrate any of your systems, nor do they plan on replacing them with
their own. They just want you to continue to make money and not have a
huge drain coming soon to finance a lot of past due upgrades.
