Also be careful if your FISCAL calendar is different from MONTHs calendar
... some people want totals by FISCAL month, not calendar month.

To satisfy such people, query/400 is a poor tool, unless you select files
that already summarize data into fiscal periods.

In the "Select report summary functions" I used "1=Total" on ILQTY.
In "Define report breaks" I used
