We run some reports after month-end, before year-end, because prior to
month-end the YTD does not include last month MTD, but right before year-end
zeros YTD, the YTD is complete for the year.

Not only a dedicated system is required, but when it comes to the year end,
it should be run right after the month end without allowing the users back
on the system

It is always recommended that all period close programs (month/year) be run
on a dedicated system.

I know INV903 (month end close) has to have exclusive access to IIM/IWM
etc.

Do you know if you can run (INV910) Year End Close when users are on the
system. (Never ran during the day only at night?)
