Bpcs v8.2.1

I'm trying to find a Fully Indented Costed bill of material report that
I can run. (really would like to get it to excel)

Like CST280 -- only lets me choose the Method code for the
Bom...currently CST280 does not give you a choice - it pulls the first
method code out there.... This causes problems when adding the costs
back up....

What I really want is a tool to compare my Frozen Standard Costed Bom
(FS method code Bom and FS method code Router with Cost set 03 Frz Std
Cost, with a cost roll I did for 2010 plan - (PS method code Bom, PS
Router, cost set 86) I'd also like to see what unit of 1 cost for the
raws then the extended cost... (currently shows only extended cost)

One step further - I then want to take forecast of Sales by Part number
and pull it down to raw materials for volumes.... Finding which raw
material costs are driving the most variance from Frz Std to New Plan
cost......

Also, why -- why do you get method codes for boms and router but not for
Workcenter rates? - you have to keep everyone out of transaction
processing - change the rates - roll "Plan" costs -- change the rates
back and let everyone back in....

Somebody has to already have a tool or program written that is similar
or know of an inexpensive product?
