Warehouse personnel are using a non-BPCS application (browser based) in
support of their daily function. Two of their daily processes involve
transferring material to their work station and then allocating portions of
that transferred material to specific sales orders before actually packing
the material. Some of the originally transferred material may be returned
to stock.

If there is an equivalent to CimPath on those versions, that'd be the easiest way to go. Just feed the transaction files and automate the edit and posting thereof.
