The only way that you can change an A/P invoice is to change the
amount
in "memo" mode (action 11) in ACP500.
BPCS/Lx versions 6. And higher.

I'm trying to adjust the amount to pay on a previously input and still
open invoice. It was on hold and we've taken it off hold and need to
change the amount. Does anyone know how to do that? Will BPCS allow
you to do that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
