bugs that I am aware of on 405 CD, I plan to adjust subject header line

so

each identifies where in the software I have found various bugs..

Bugs are often in the mind and circumstances of beholder.

Some of these scenarios could be labeled not bugs but "Tips for keeping
BPCS out of trouble." Perhaps more people similar tips to answer Peter
question.

Many reports need adjustments to make them readable.
