Hi,
You have to do the inventory monthend before posting physical inventory. In
order to do adjustement, BPCS calculates difference between qty posted and
the opening balance quantity field in ILI. So, if you have qties in issues,
adjustements ou receipts qties fields, BPCS ignores these values.
Moreover, have you check if ILI is in phase with IWI,IIM... else use INV972

Hi,

Thanx for solution. but 'O transaction is already created in transaction
master.

when I posts Physical Inventory, automatically 'O'Transaction is aasigned in
ITH.
bt opening balance is wrong. I checked physical entries before Posting, that
r ok bt after posting opening balance is wrong.
