What version of BPCS? In version 4.05 CD, if you query or sql the ECL
file, extract all LID="ZL" and NOT LSTAT IN("C","4","8"), then multiply
LQORD-LQSHP by LNET (or by cost)...

The only thing is you may pick up a lot of orders that were simply
entered wrong then re-entered... If you select lines where the
maintenance date is greater then the entry date, you may get a closer
measurement to orders cancelled due to missed shipments...

It w/b nice if users were able to maintain reason codes, when canceling
orders ~which might be the case in newer releases of BPCS/LX...
