RGZPFM reorganises your file and removes the space that is used for the deleted 
records. This clean  up speeds up the read operations.

This is the command.
Reorganize Physical File Mbr (RGZPFM)
Removes all deleted records and optionally puts the records in the same
order as a selected logical.
