Hi,

I'm using BPCS 6.1.02.
I have 2 records too at HPO having quantity 0.
When I tested to create PO with quantity 0,  program always changes
quantity 0 to 1.  My assumption is maybe this case caused by
interrupted / disconnect connection.

About PO revision number is just remarks only.
