Cor... If you are trying to generate your own SSCC number, the 9 digit ITH pallet number might still work for you... The format for the SSCC number is: 00pnuuuuuusssssssssc where: 00 - Indicates that what follows is an SSCC of exactly 18 characters p - packaging type nuuuuuu - UCC/EAN Company number with prefix sssssssss - Serial number c - check digit so you could easily substitute the 9 digit ITH as the serial number portion of the bar code, and default in the remaining characters... You'll still need software to print the label, but the source for the info can easily be within BPCS. (There is 1 caveat... the serial number must remain unique for at least 1 year, so if you are rolling the numbers over faster than that, this scheme won't work for you.) Guess we will have to start looking at some additional software. Thanks and best regards, Cor

Cor, The SSCC is usually associated with pallet/carton labeling and is typically handled by a package outside of the core BPCS programs. I have seen customers using a warehouse management package such as EXE or WMS or even TL Ashford that handles the labeling requirements. If you need to send this information sent out on an ASN, then the external package database can be used to source/populate the ASN files in ECM - these files include the capability of sending palletized information to the end customer (TAPB is the pallet level and TACB is the carton level). Adaptor ECM606 is used to generate the EDI ASN. I could not find this within the application. Any ideas ? M.vr.gr./Best regards, Cor Luking
