Indah,

No. My program only fixes records where the Item Number/Sequence Number
is duplicated. It assumes that the ITH transaction was correct but that,
for whatever reason, it duplicated the ITH key (Item/Sequence).

Our Inventory Control department does regular PI checking and we run the
recommended month end reorganisations to reset stock levels on IWI from
ILI.

If you wanted to, you could get the program to report where duplications
are found and get someone to follow up on the report and check the stock
levels.

Tom

Tom,

If two records having duplication happened at ITH, according to you
these records were already included in balance calculation at IWI file ?

After you did resequence, did you check balance of IWI is already same
with ITH ...?

Thanks.
Indah
