Indah,

We are on V6.04.

Long ago we had a problem with duplicate records (Item Number/Sequence
Number) on ITH. I can't remember what caused the duplications, but it
caused us problems, especially when running the month end routines.

I wrote a program that resequences ITH records by Item
Number/Transaction Date/Transaction Time. We now run this program before
every month-end and it seems to work fine for us. If you're interested,
let me know and I'll send you the code. You can e:mail me at

Subject: [BPCS-L] ITH duplicated records

Hi All,

I'm using BPCS 6.1.02.
When I did INV903 to purge ITH, program suddenly stopped and generated
spool file that containing duplicated records.

The current way that I thought to fix it is changing duplicated records
with last sequence from IIIM/ITSEQ.

Are there anyone having same problem ? What did you do to correct ITH
duplicated records ?

Thanks.
