Attached is a write-up which I put together some years ago after
discussions with the SSA Helpline. It contains a couple of references to
logical files that we created and which you may not have. You may not
have EZVIEW and your library names will be different to ours, but you
should get the general idea.

I found that the most common causes were the ECH In-Use flag being set
and the BBH/BBL Workstation Ids. not being blank.

whenever i try to release particular order number to be
invoice(BIL500D), i've set the inuse flag in ECH to blank, BBH and BBL
are fine, but still it won't work any suggestion ? please help
