We have not done this, but we have attended seminars on it.There are SEVERAL vendors that offer a variety of GUI front ends to BPCS, such as a web version. I was most impressed with LANSA's where you not have to pay for the whole thing, just the areas you want this way, such as customers access. The security is also enhanced. For example, in-house needs are different from customer vendor access to your data base. You might not want company-A data mining what you are doing for company-B.
We are currently running BPCS 6.1.01 Mixed Mode and have no plans to migrate to the latest release of BPCS. We are being tasked with putting a GUI front end onto BPCS. Please share experiences working with any re-facing solution either with BPCS or other package.
