Re: WHM - How does one change pallets/locations used on pick transfer/confirm

We are attempting to see if the WHM module of BPCS V6.1 could meet our
warehouse management requirements for our DCs. A problem we are
encountering is around confirming shipments of Sales orders. When
shipping, the pick release process affectively allocates the appropriate
pallets/locations and produces move instructions from the rack to the
shipping locations. The Pick Transfer Confirm must then be done, to move
the pallets to the shipping location, however, the program does not
allow one to indicate that alternate pallets and locations were in fact
used (Due to say forklift  driver error,  broken pallets etc.). Am I
missing something, or does the system try to force 100% compliance to
it's recommendations. We are not using lot control at this stage.
