We are quite happy with the Excel add-in StarQuery. It is from a company called Symtrax (http://www.symtrax.com/en/products/starquery). The advantage from this product is the reports are prepared by professional IT people in so called datamaps. These datamaps are then used by regular users who can create their reports in a user-friendly interface without any knowledge of the BPCS file names and file relations.
