Bill, Those are good ideas for Al, and depending on how involved his requirements are, they could work. We had to build a custom energy surcharge program that used a "special charge" code, based on item class (not all of our products have this surcharge) and based on customer (some customers received either a "modified" percentage increase, or none at all) and specific to a period of time (since the surcharge was dependent on the price of oil AND natural gas, we adjust the surcharge based on ship date during a specific period).
