Ai, You got to create a Customer and ship to ID in the EST file. Then create a promotion price for this combination and item in Promotions and Deals. Make sure that you have the customer number in DMUCST field and shipto from EST in the DMSHIP field. The promotion contract flag should be '1' in field DMCTTF. Make sure you promotion customer is set up correctly in Customer Master (RCM) field CMDLCU. In your session manager (Client side), when you create the order, click on the order tab and view tab and type in the ship to number next to the Customer number box. Once you have done this and if it says invalid shipto , you may have to refresh the client data base by clicking on options tab and publish and subscribe tab and select all. This will refresh your client database from the host. Usually the database is refreshed when the user logs in for the first time for the day. But what I have outlined is for intermediary data refresh. Once you have done all this you should get the order priced correctly. If not try to reprice the order by clicking on tabs view, line, and reprice. Hope this helps.
