Hi All,

we are only now trying to implement CAP100 after a few years on
bpcs 6.0. Can someone explain me exact meaning of input and output hours (I
can figure out what are the output hours: in a given day a wkc should have
made 100 pcs but in the available time it made only 98 pcs so its output
hours are the available time x 0,98; but I'm not able to figure out input
hours)? Are they the amount of material ready to be worked on a wkc turned
in work hours of that wkc or something else?

The second question concerns machine and wkc speed. Is the speed measured as
pcs/time as it can be calculated from the routing time or is it something
else? And, is the wkc standard speed the average number of pieces the wkc
can make in a given time period?

Regards

Simon
