We are due soon to go to BPCS V8.2.0.1 (currently V6.0.0.4 ) and although we do manage the production side of BPCS okay we are now looking to see if we can incorporate Maintenance Tasks via a schedule into BPCS ( create shop orders) with a item number say T00001 with item description " Remove and Replace Filter on Machine Number 000???" work centres with routings and allocated hours would be setup but no BOM's ( at this stage ) can anyone see any issues with this thinking or perhaps there is a easier way to achieve this ???????
