But as I understand defining the options in the SYS603 screen only
maintains the options 'within' the programs
and not the actual programs themselves (ie ACP100 etc...).

In BPCS 8.2 create a new group profile in program SYS603.  Then in
program SYS600 change the respective users to the new group that you
created.

Is there a way in BPCS (V8.2.01) to define a number of users in a 'user
group'.

For example a range of users (say sales administrators) need to access
certain programs (ORD700, INV300 Etc.......).

So I would like a 'Group profile' called SALESADMIN (where the authority
is
defined) and then the users would
adopt this authority.

I do not need to define the options within the applications (as per
SYS603), just tha actual 'Program Object Name' as in SYS600.
