BPCS, AS/SET and SoftLanding

Anyone using any version of BPCS and SoftLanding's change management
software?  If so, and you have any experience (good or bad) using it to
manage the BMR process would you be willing to discuss your experience
with us?
 
We are using their tools Turnover (for custom code) and Setturn (for
Asset) on V8.2.01.  TIA.
