Those of you that are familiar with the vendor quote maintenance program, can I please get you input on this situation. First of all we don't have the source for the program and we needed a way to capture changes the users make so the purchasing manager could approve the changes before they are to be used. So what I did was to create a few programs to capture the changes using a trigger program and then a new inquiry screen allows the manager to approve the changes and then I go out and activate the records. This has been working to a point but problems arise every now and then. My question is I am thinking of writing a new program like the vendor quote maintenance so I can control the user fully. Right now the user can made duplicate changes to the same quote and I have problems replacing the data because the program deletes the record and replaces it when the disc date is changed. So if you're familiar with the program can you tell me if it does anything special except maintain the fields on the screen in the HQT files? Thanks for you help, Daniel
