Regarding vendor returns Dear Sumit, we (BPCS 6.1 GA) are managing returns to vendor via a certain transaction type RV (vendor return). This one has the benefit to create a delivery note in the print spool of the user concerned but has (in our version) the disbenefit that it doesn't inpact the purchase order data. We know that there is a field in the purchase order line file (HPO) but we decided not to fill it. In addition we built a full process around the "return to vendor" as our shared service center (where we mange the supplier invoice and payments) give a bundle of claim numbers to our facilities. This claim numbers are then the link between the "RV" and the vendors credit note.
