Additional Info I should mention that you would use an order class that only has the events enter, and invoice. So as soon as the order is taken off credit hold it is ready for invoice. No other intervention should be required. It would be interesting to know how you are handling the item after the rental period is over. What triggers you to renew the rental agreement, or insure that it is returned? Hi Beth, We are not currently doing this, and I do not think that BPCS has a recurring A/R billing. If this is not something that you will be doing all the time, a non programming solution might be to use credit hold. Not sure how you are tracking the item rented. Would need item number with type that will not effect inventory. You can place 24 orders on credit hold for the item using an order class to effect accounting only not inventory. The AR group would have a reminder to release the orders when they review the credit holds, one per month, this would probably be easier then them remembering to enter a billing once a month. Not sure how it would effect your other reporting requirements. Is there any way of setting up recurring A/R billings in BPCS. For example, if we enter into a rental program with a new customer for $150/month for 24 months... Can we set that up to bill at the beginning of each month? I've looked through the documentation and it doesn't exist. Has anyone been able to make this type of process work?
