With operations navigator you can go into basic operations / printer 
output or outq and use your mouse and drag a spool file to your desk top.  
Then you can go into excel and open your spoolfile.   It will be in txt 
format.    Excel will ask you where to divide the columns.     No extra 
software needed.      You report will have all the headings just like the 
printouts.
