Printing to a File

Is it possible for the user to print a report, such as the Account Receivable 
aging, to a file for import into excel?  Isn't this something fairly simple on 
an AS400 environment, BPCS version 6.1.2?   We have a request from our auditors 
for many of our monthly std reports to be in an excel format for them to test.
