Do you do a Pick PRINT (ORD560) after doing a Pick RELEASE (ORD550)? Even if you don't need the paper, the system needs to go through the process. You may also need to do Pick Confirm (ORD570). --> There may be a way to change the system parameters to not require these, perhaps one more knowledgable than I can enlighten us. For reasons I have not yet figured out, BPCS uses "workstation data areas" to control many functions. There is a data area (probably in BPCSF) called ORxxxxxxxxx, where xxxxxxxxx is the workstation name. The programs change positions in the data area to reflect progress through the steps of a function (such as picking orders). You can use option SYS993 (on the File Resets menu in my version) to check on the status of the various data areas related to a workstation, and to reset the workstation. If this is the problem, resetting the workstation data area should take care of it. If this doesn't help, please press F1 on the message and post the details, as well as any relevant messages in job log from the job, and the data area (DSPDTAATA). Hope this helps.
