Bingo Dan!!

This is exactly it. My "from" warehouse is "03", and my "to" warehouse is
"20".
I was tricked by the character value 2003 that looked like year 2003, and I
was looking for some kind of a date value field in the files.

Thanks Dan for your prompt and exact answer!

When we generate DRP orders the purchase order field gets populated with a
purchase order number that is the to and from warehouse. Looks like 2003
would be going to warehouse 20 from warehouse 03. Could be facility, our
facility and warehouse values are the same. We're on 6.1 but the logic is
probably the same.

If you place your cursor on the p.o. field and press F1 you might get some
info on default values.

Subject: Customer PO number with DRP resupply orders

Hi

I posted this question a couple of weeks ago, and unfortunately got no
answers. Second try: wish me better luck!

When I am creating DRP resupply orders, the customer purchase order number
field in the order header ECH is automatically populated with value "
2003 ".
I am trying to change this default value, but I cant figure out where it
comes from.

I checked file RCM Customer master, DDR Distribution relationship master,
EST Customer Ship to file (required to declare the Ship to warehouse number
in DRP ), and DRP systems parameters, as well as order entry system
parameters and found nothing relevant. We are on 6.0.0.44.

Thanks for your help
