My guess is that an AOL user who is no longer interested in receiving the list reported the communication as spam, rather than resigning from the list. Unfortunately AOL won't tell me WHO the subscriber is. Rest assured, I am more than willing to help resolve the issue ... but I can't do anything unless I know who is reporting the mailing list messages to TOS. I have made some modifications to the list configuration that might help ... but it would be easier if the person who is reporting the messages to AOL TOS would just contact me directly.
