I am very happy to got answer from all of you. If you do not have heart to help people you may just read the message and delete. Harry and Ardi thanks you a lot. How did you decide that Kusman Lim was an "offshore consultants with no BPCS experience?" I too am furious with US corporations farming out work to offshore companies in pursuit of short term and often fictitious savings. However, how do we decide who to help and who not to help? Is the decision based on weirdness of name? (check out mine) Is it English writing skills? Or, just to make sure they are not based in India, do we run a D&B or Google check before helping someone? And of course we will get posts like the one from bpcsusergroup0@xxxxxxxxx which may or may not be one of them "offshore consultants with no BPCS experience" working hard to disguise their identity. I don't have the answers to this very complex and painful situation we all face. I do know, however, that we can not cast the net as wide as you have. Kusman Lim has been posting to this board at least since September of 1999. He and others like him must not be subjected to reactionary treatment. But, I refuse to give advise to offshore consultants with no BPCS experience that have been hired to do the job the I spent the last 13 years learning how to do. The reason I posted this is so that HarryNichols knows that this assumptions is incorrect.
