Ronald,
You will need to name your V64BPCSO Library differently for the new
environment.
As far as key, if you are just copying libraries, it is in BPCSF library in
SYSSSC and will be copied/restored with other files in the library.

If you are installing new environment from SSA tape/CD, you will have an
option to name libraries and you will be able to either enter the key or
specify the library where existing key resides.

Dear Midrange members,

I'm trying to create another environment of BPCS on an AS/400 where there
is already an existing BPCS installed.
The currently installed BPCS version is 6.0.04, the same as the one I'm
trying to create/restore.

How can I create another environment including the V64BPCSO (BPCS object
library)? How can two  V64BPCSO libraries co-exist?
Both are different from each other as the currently installed BPCS Object
Library is heavily modified.

Also as the BPCS key exist on the currently installed V64BPCSO, how can I
re-create that key for the one
that I'll be re-creating/restoring.
