Hi Kylea, I would think it is more likely that the General Ledger files are large and need archiving. We have a product that will archive BPCS files yet keep them accessible for user inquiries etc. cheers, Clare Clare Holtham Director, Small Blue Ltd - Archiving for BPCS Web: www.smallblue.co.uk IBM Certified AS/400 Systems Professional E-Mail: Clare.Holtham@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Mobile: +44 (0)7960 665958 ----- Original Message ----- From: <KWhite@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <bpcs-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, November 17, 2003 5:20 AM Subject: FRS Performance Hi Everyone, I have a user who has run FRS reports and they have taken all night. I noticed that file FRSW01 has a lot of members in it with 0 records dating back a number of years - I am currently in the understanding that you can delete these members. Can anyone confirm that I am headed in the right direction.
