Don,

I did notice that add as well. Hummm, did not see any advice though (free advice that is).

Tim,

We are an international corporation with multiple sites in the US, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Honduras, Brazil, Chile, Austria, and Thailand. We have been successfully running VPN to those sites for over 2 years where we provide "green screen" access to our AS/400s located in the states. Actually run all our networked traffic through it (eMail, As/400, Intranet, etc., etc.)

We do believe the service is reliable in the US and in quite a few countries in Latin America and Europe. However, we did back away from it in Thailand where we now run Frame Relay (reliability was not good). Response time is very good, but of course that depends on the size of "pipe" you select.

We have this service with one of the major carriers in the US and have management services (separate contract) with a third party company. It is important that you understand what they are willing to committ to in terms of band width, time of resultion, statistical reports, etc, etc.

I hope this helps.
Regards,
Jose Torres.
